Complaining is the counterintuitive ticket to better mental health.
A life: yours to make except you’re terrified of yourself.
A life: yours to fake until you’re ready to face yourself.
A life: yours.
I made excuses for people, rationalized bad behavior, and put up with emotional and verbal abuse. I wanted to see the best in people, I thought I was being positive.
You are thinking of quitting your job and the next day see an ad for a job you would prefer. That is a sign, but only if you allow it to be. If you allow yourself to forget about coincidence and believe in fate, in something you can’t explain.
Saying “I’m going to…”
Jealousy doesn’t resonate in the mind as: “I am empty,” it projects as: “There’s something wrong with the way that person makes themselves full.”
Resignation is submitting to a set of circumstances that are unpleasant or even harmful to me in some way because of my perceived inability to relate to that situation more constructively.
It’s affirming your insecurities.
If you lose a job, there’s a higher calling for you. One that you do not know yet. If you lose a person, there’s someone else loving you already. One that you have not met yet.
“It is never too late for a miracle. The right time for anything to happen is now.”
“Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves.”
Like the burning end of a midnight cigarette, we take that last drag as slowly as we can. We do not believe we can catch ourselves, though we always do.
Extroverted intuitives are often master healers.
Day 21: Write an apology letter to yourself.
“I am” is the most powerful “prayer” in the universe, because it transforms your experience from “I want” (which puts you in a vibrational match to not having) to “I have” which aligns you with what you really want.
