There is nothing that is standing between you and the kind of life that you think you’d be better off having. The only thing between there and here is how you behave, and how you behave is within your control at all times. You are not restricted, you are addicted to your restrictions.
There is something comforting to your ego about pretending that you are being held back, and that’s because it keeps you feeling “safe.” If you are unable to create, write, perform, try harder, that means you do not have to risk putting yourself out there and being vulnerable and possibly being hurt. If you don’t think that’s what you’re afraid of, but instead are constantly freaking out about irrational, petty things that are keeping you down, you are blocking out your true fears.
“If you lived honestly, your life would heal itself.” –David Viscott
Your pain is just resistance to where you are right now, so get out of your own way.
Your life will do everything it can to gut you of your ego, and let you express and witness your inner power. Let it. Get out of your own way.
The people who are not in your life are not supposed to be in your life, mourning for them will not bring them closer to you, so get out of your own way.
You are not “supposed” to be anywhere other than where you are right now. “The path does not exist, you create the path by walking,” so get out of your own way.
If you give yourself good food and clean water and make time to sleep and sweat enough, you will lift your mental and emotional vibration. Physical health = spiritual health, so get out of your own way.
The thing you are most afraid of doing is actually your greatest strength in disguise. It is the thing you are resisting most because it means the most, so it’s scary. What you don’t realize is that you cannot lose this thing. Nobody can ever take it from you. So get out of your own way.
“Trying to fix a problem is one of the best ways to keep a problem growing. Pretty much everything knows how to heal itself. Just get out of the way.”
You are already healed. You are already whole. You just have to remember.
Every answer is already inside of you. All of your potential is dormant within you. All of your joy is bubbling to the surface, begging you to recognize it.
You do not create your happiness, you remember your happiness. You let go of all the addictions and distractions that have kept you from it. If you want to heal your life you must, simply, get out of your own way, and let it self-correct.
