If you are regularly anxious about things that you know are irrational, it could be because you’re not leaving yourself enough mental bandwidth to determine what’s true or false.
We can learn to cultivate our intuition by firstly understanding that our emotions, sensations and thoughts are not our intuition.
What happens when you think: “I do not want this feeling?” You are thinking about the feeling. You are creating the experience you claim to not want.
To imply that someone’s mental issues could be resolved if only they did more yoga, or breathed more deeply, or ate better is insulting. Of course they’ve tried that – it didn’t work.
A retrograde does not create “bad luck” or problems in your life. It simply brings to your attention issues that have been lingering beneath the surface.
It is language which restricts us from properly communicating our internal realities many times, thus making authentic dialogue difficult.

They are guided, not paralyzed, by fear.

It’s just as brave to acknowledge that this path you are walking isn’t for you, that you just don’t want to because it doesn’t feel right.
How can I not live a life true to me? How could I think that anything else is more important than loving and being loved? How could I not wake up everyday grateful for my life?
Sometimes silence becomes muteness, looking away blindness, not listening deafness, anything taken to the extreme becomes a disorder or disability.
Those who move through each day with a happy spirit will find that things always work out.
It teaches effective conflict resolution.
